Meet Isabelle Taylor, LMSW

Isabelle’s therapeutic style is warm, curious, and collaborative.

She strives to create a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel the freedom to let all parts of themselves be seen and heard. In fostering such a space, Isabelle helps clients uncover patterns and limiting beliefs that keep them feeling ‘stuck’ or hinder their journey toward a more fulfilling life.

She welcomes teens and adults of all racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as gender and sexual identities; honoring and celebrating the multitude of human experiences. Isabelle specializes in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, ADHD/learning disabilities, stigma, and issues related to work and creativity.

Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Claremont McKenna College and a master’s degree in clinical social work from New York University. She also practices as a psychotherapist at the Metropolitan Center for Mental Health.
